About
I am a computational genomics researcher and bioinformatics lead with more than a decade of experience working at the intersection of biology, data analysis, and software engineering.
My work focuses on turning complex sequencing data into reliable analyses, building tools that support research and service environments, and developing computational approaches that help explain biological systems more clearly.
ExploringTruth is the public home for that work. It combines practical notes on genomics, AI, software systems, and scientific computing with broader reflections on truth, meaning, and faith. The site is intentionally cross-disciplinary because real questions rarely stay inside one field for long.
